Off Price Market Continues To Grow

wholesale merhandise - off price showThe off-price industry is enjoying a heyday in which more national retailers are turning to the channel looking for a boost, and the OFFPRICE Show in Las Vegas remains a vital cog for stores of all sizes from across the country. The OFFPRICE Show continued its consistent increase in attendance at its recently completed August event. The footprint of the show floor increased from 131,000 net-square-feet in August of 2014 to 135,300 nsf in August 2015.

What has forever set OFFPRICE apart is the vast amount of deals and values available for retailers to capitalize on and offer to their deal-seeking consumers. Consumers are shopping smarter, wanting to find that perfect combination of trendy and value and OFFPRICE is the perfect place to deliver for retailers.

“It was my first time to off-price and won't be my last,” said Linda Audette, from The Plus Factor. “Very well laid out and organized. I deal primarily with plus size fashion so [prioritized] those specific booths from the online info and navigated right through, saving me a lot of time. I found many new suppliers and placed several orders.”

Once again, retailers from all 50 states were at the show, scouring Hall G of the Sands Expo at Venetian/Palazzo in Las Vegas looking for the latest apparel, accessories, and footwear to add to their shelves and racks. International retailers attendance climbed to 1,056.

“Retailers across the globe have discovered the significance of the off-price industry,” said Stephen Krogulski, chief executive officer of OFFPRICE. “Recently, national retail stores have debuted new off-price stores as shoppers gravitate toward brands at a low-price-point. With high quality goods below wholesale cost, it is easy to see why so many make the OFFPRICE Show a must see.”

The OFFPRICE Show is an order-writing trade show, meaning retailers can place orders directly from the show floor, and often have the product on the racks of their stores approximately two weeks later. Nearly all of the fashions and apparel found in the booths throughout OFFPRICE are priced 20-70% below wholesale, making it the best place in the country to find the best value on clothing.

OFFPRICE returns to the Sands Expo in Las Vegas, February 14-17, 2016.
